Who we are
We are a female owned and run agency that strives to represent the highest quality products and great brands while supporting the success of our retailers in the amazing Pacific Northwest region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. We love the outdoors – always exploring or venturing into some new challenge. We require our own closets and equipment to be as versatile as we are! We want the lines we represent to reflect that expectation. Functional, flexible, fashionable and fun are not exclusive to one part – but they are insisted upon in unison.
Patricia Lenz > Agency Lead - Key Accounts
Patty has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor, bicycle, innovation and tech industries. She has held executive and manager positions in sales, marketing, product development, sales analytics, public relations, ideation and event planning. When she isn't orchestrating sales and executing sell-through for our amazing brands or helping the team strategize fun events and demos... you can find her kiteboarding in Hood River, backcountry skiing volcanoes, seeking out singletrack in hidden locales and adventuring with her pups, Bosko and Buttercup.
Lyndsay Price > Sales Representative - OR, W.Washington and So.Idaho
Lyndsay has been representing premium outdoor brands across Oregon and Southern Idaho for the past seven years. She loves partnering with retailers to build strong relationships, grow business together, and connect people with products that inspire them to get outside.
Before joining the outdoor industry, Lyndsay spent more than a decade as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and retreat leader. She organized and led fitness retreats throughout Oregon and in destinations including Mexico, Nicaragua, and Sri Lanka. Those experiences taught her the value of building genuine relationships, paying attention to the details, and creating experiences people remember—qualities that continue to guide her approach to working with retailers today.
A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Lyndsay believes the best days are spent outside. Home is Hood River, Oregon, where she's usually wing foiling, mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding, or squeezing in a game of pickleball. Her two dogs are regular adventure partners and rarely miss an opportunity to hit the trail.
For Lyndsay, representing outdoor brands is more than a career—it's a chance to work with products she believes in, support the specialty retailers that make outdoor communities thrive, and help more people discover the joy of an active life.
Caitlyn Mundy > Sales Representative - E. Washington, No. Idaho, MT and AK
I grew up in Western New York, where I fell in love with skiing and spent my childhood ski racing. In 2012, I moved to Montana to attend Montana State University and quickly realized that the mountains felt like home. I skied as much as possible, immersed myself in the outdoor lifestyle, and never looked back.
My career in the outdoor industry began more than 10 years ago with Kari Traa, where I worked as a Sales Coordinator. I later joined Sweet Protection under Active Brands, gaining valuable experience working with premium outdoor brands and the specialty retail community. Along the way, I met my now agency lead at a Kari Traa sales meeting in Norway! That connection eventually led me to PlayNorthwest, where I now represent brands across Montana and parts of Alaska.
What I love most about my job is that I get to represent products I genuinely use and believe in. Whether I’m skiing, dirt biking, mountain biking, hiking with my dog Jim, or simply spending time outside, I’m wearing and using the same gear I sell. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, and I like to think that the products I bring to retailers help create those same moments of adventure and happiness for other people.
I’ve called Montana and the Pacific Northwest home since 2012, and I’m grateful every day to live and work in a place that inspires the lifestyle I’m passionate about.

The Pack
These pups are the ones who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we are all in the right headspace to take on anything that this job throws our way. A great team NEEDS a great pack - and we certainly have that with this crew. Thanks to Bosko, Lexi, Butters, Sugar, Buttercup, Wally and Jim for all the unconditional love and support. Please offer a shake or a HIgh Four if you happen to see one out on the road with us.
